Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled by the organizer or venue
• The event is significantly rescheduled (date change of more than 30 days)
• Request made within 30 days of purchase and more than 14 days before the event
• Duplicate charges or technical errors during purchase

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind or inability to attend
• Requests made less than 14 days before the event
• Tickets purchased for events that have already occurred
• Tickets that have been transferred to another party
• Service fees and processing charges (unless event is cancelled)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at admin@designerticketstours.com with your order number
2. Include your full name and the email used for purchase
3. Provide the reason for your refund request
4. Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your request

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
• Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days
• You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

5. Event Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation by the organizer:

• Full refunds including service fees will be automatically processed
• You will be notified via email within 48 hours of cancellation
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

6. Exchanges

Ticket exchanges may be available for select events. Contact our support team to inquire about exchange options for your specific event. Exchange requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
